Rosenberry Hub Synchronous Motor Starter Hub

Rosenberry Hub Synchronous Motor Starter Hub

Our Customer’s Challenge

The outdated Rotosyn hub was removed and replaced with the new Quartzelec Rosenberry hub, which was successfully installed and commissioned with minimal modifications. Our team of experts redesigned the machine enclosure and created a new mount for the existing Rotoguard system, using detailed original machine data from its archives. A key advantage of the Rosenberry hub upgrade is the availability of spare parts, such as diodes and thyristors, which are readily available, unlike the now-obsolete Rotosyn hub components. Following the upgrade, the customer placed an additional order to secure strategic spares for the new Rosenberry hub, ensuring long-term operational reliability.
