Quartzelec are pleased to announce the arrival of Paul Oliver who has joined the business as General Manager for the Aberdeen business unit.

Paul brings a wealth of experience from both OEM manufacturing and the service industry and has previously managed a £5m business in the oil and gas industry,leading contracts and operations, business development, stakeholder relationships and strategic development.

Previously managed by Jamie Burns who has now been appointed Regional Director, Quartzelec Aberdeen predominantly services the maritime, offshore oil & gas, and renewable energy sectors. With Paul’s experience in these markets, the unit will benefit greatly and aims to build on its current success.

In addition to managing the operational, financial, customer and employee strategy within the business, Paul will also be responsible for coordinating business development, stakeholder relationships and strategic development building on his extensive knowledge and local contacts.
