High Voltage Testing & Maintenance Presenter - Paul Foster // High Voltage Business Manager

Paul has worked within the field of High Voltage Electrical Contracting for over 27 years covering construction, commissioning, inspection and maintenance of distribution networks upto 33kV. Having an in-depth working knowledge of high voltage maintenance, Paul has first-hand experience of the specific issues surrounding switchgear maintenance together with the issues arising if maintenance is either not undertaken or undertaken incorrectly. Paul was also involved in the development of our own rigorous HV Safety Rules.

Lightning Protection & High Voltage Earthing Presenter - Peter Brookman // Principal Engineer

Peter has almost 20 years’ experience in the design, testing and assessment of HV earthing systems and lightning protection systems for buildings and structures. As a member of the British Standards panel GEL81, Peter has contributed to the writing of the BS for Lightning Protection: BS EN 62305. Additionally, he has developed/ delivered training courses for clients required to demonstrate compliance with British Standards, including the MOD and the HSE.
