We are looking for a skilled and motivated Winder to join our growing team in the Philippines.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electro-mechanical professional to work on a diverse range of high-voltage rotating equipment and turbo-generators within a well-established engineering organisation. As part of our project delivery team, you will play a key role in supporting the repair, overhaul, testing, and servicing of critical electrical machinery, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role, working both within the workshop and on customer sites, contributing to projects that support key industrial and power generation sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electro-mechanical repairs, servicing, and overhauls on HV rotating equipment and turbo-generators.
• Operate specialised repair and testing equipment, including test panels, surge testers, core-loss testers, ovens, grinders, cranes, and other workshop tools.
• Perform testing and inspection of rotating electrical machines.
• Complete all job-related documentation accurately and within required timescales.
• Support site-based service activities and customer projects when required.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
• Maintain high standards of quality, housekeeping, and safety at all times.
• Follow company procedures, policies, and safe systems of work.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects by meeting customer and operational requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across workshop and site operations.

Your skills and experiences:

• Industrial Engineering Technology qualification or equivalent.
• Time-served Electrical Fitter qualification or relevant practical experience.
• Experience carrying out repairs, maintenance, or overhauls on electrical rotating equipment.
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical machinery.
• Previous experience working on customer sites within industrial or engineering environments.
• Experience using specialised testing and repair equipment.
• Experience supporting or supervising team activities would be advantageous.
• A full driving licence would be beneficial.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
