H.V. terminal boxes
Quartzelec supplies a complete range of certified and uncertified main and neutral terminal boxes, suitable for 3.3kV applications and above. ATEX certification is in place for hazardous area applications. IECEx certification is also available for certain terminal boxes.
Phase Segregated – PSE/PSN
Maximum rating: 11kV, 810A (uncertified), 11kV, 545A (certified). ATEX and IECEx certified to Ex e and Ex n. Fault Capacity: 250MVA @ 3.3kV, 500MVA @ 6.6kV, 833MVA @ 11kV. Fault tested at 44kA for 0.25 secs.
Euromold – EIE/ETE/EIN/ETN
Inline and Triangular Arrangements. Maximum rating: 15kV, 1250A (uncertified), 11kV, 1250A (certified). ATEX certified to Ex e and Ex n. Fault tested at 43.8kA for 0.25 secs.
Air Insulated – AIE
Maximum rating: 11kV (certified) 900A, 15kV (uncertified) 1250A Connectors. ATEX certified to Ex e. Fault Capacity: 500MVA @ 6.6kV. Fault tested at 22.1kA for 0.25 secs. (Historical data)
Weatherproof – WPN
Maximum rating: 6.6kV, 700A (11kV Neutral). ATEX certified to Ex n. Fault Capacity: 500MVA @ 6.6kV. Fault tested at 22.1kA for 0.25 secs. (Historical data)
Phase Insulated (BEAMA/CEGB) – BEE/BEN
Maximum rating: 3.3kV, 530A (uncertified and certified) ATEX certified to Ex e and Ex n. Fault Capacity: 250MVA @ 3.3kV. Fault tested at 26.3kA for 0.25 secs. (Historical data)
Protection Enclosure - PEN
Maximum rating: 15kV, 2000A (uncertified), 13.8kV, 2000A (certified) ATEX certified to Ex n.
