Location - Sheffield / Grimsby

We are looking for a HV Contracts Manager to join our team in Sheffield. To develop and manage the HV Contracting business for the Sheffield and Grimsby business units in accordance to the forecasted business commercial plan.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your main areas of responsibility will require you to:

  • Maintain a high regard for health and safety
  • Uphold and promote the corporate image
  • Uphold working electrical engineering process that are compliant to statutory EU/UK legislation
  • 11KV and/ or 33KV and / or 132KV mains work
  • Carry out HV and LV switching as required
  • Adopt Quartzelec High Voltage Safety Rules
  • Undertake field electrical troubleshooting support role
  • Make and develop contact with existing customers
  • Make and develop contact and relationships with new customers.
  • Perform reviews with existing customers, to agreed KPI’s
  • Identify and develop additional work opportunities with existing customers
  • Create and submit quotations for contracting works
  • Perform project management for agreed works, including:-
    Method statements, Risk assessments, Work scopes / activities, Resource planning / coordination (Labour, Materials, Transport), Reporting, Financial alignment of budget / costs
  • Create and submit post works reports
